If you don't wish to receive these you can remove your name from our private list at any time. Shipping Problems? In most cases we use USPS Priority Mail Tracking to ship your package. This allows us to keep shipping costs to a minimum and still confirm delivery. We try to ship your package the same day you order. If it's after 4:00 pm EST then you might be scheduled for the next day. Normally you can expect delivery in 4 to 6 days. If it's been over 10 days you need to call us so we can help you. Our Return Policy? Simple. You have to be completely satisfied. All our products come with a full 60-day guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied please return the product (used or not) and we'll refund your purchase price... no questions asked! IMPORTANT: When you return a product please include the bottom portion of your receipt. This has your customer information on it we need to insure you get the proper credit.
